This is a major problem when ticket holders cannot book much time off from important obligations, because they may lose their full ticket price! If the new event time is when people sleep, then affected ticket holders could become scam victims!
Many people have once again become scam victims on Ticketmaster when hackers stole the victims tickets. A previous report indicated that hackers successfully generated correct codes for their free access to events while stopping real ticket holders from attending.
Eventbrite and Ticketmaster have one shared problem. They never address customer complaints properly. Customer support on Eventbrite is mostly AI based. Ticketmaster staff only helps concerned customers when news stations (including one in the video below) step in.
