They are initially sold as digital products which ultimately become tickets for compatible events all hosted by us.
When you buy Floater tickets, you'll let us know true ages, weekly availabilities, venue/area restrictions, and other important information applicable to each ticket holder.
We use this information to find upcoming compatible events while keeping all restrictions in mind. If we find a perfect event within 30 days, then we allow applicable ticket holders access to events compatible to them. The applicable products then convert into event tickets.
They will score a credit for a free menu item at the event. The actual item selection will be revealled when the compatible event runs.

Specifying reasons are optional when stating restrictions in any Floater ticket order.
Please allow us a minimum of 30 days to invite ticket holders into compatible events. If we cannot do so, you'll be eligible for a refund minus a small service fee per ticket.
All ticket refunds take 1 - 10 days to process depending on how payment was made.
Please be advised that we cannot issue a refund if incorrect information is specified in the order form. Ensure everyone listed in your entire order carries photo identification when arriving as proof of age.
